Your adventure begins with your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where our safari guide will warmly welcome you. You will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe for an overnight stay, allowing you to rest and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
After breakfast, you will set off for Kibale National Park, renowned for its rich primate population, particularly chimpanzees. The scenic drive takes approximately 5-6 hours, passing through lush landscapes, tea plantations, and traditional Ugandan villages. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and enjoy a relaxing evening.
The third day of your safari is dedicated to tracking the lively and intelligent chimpanzees of Kibale National Park. After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park rangers. The tracking experience can last anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, offering ample opportunities to spot other primate species and a variety of birdlife. After an exhilarating trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, you can opt for a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its diverse bird species and primate sightings. This community-based project supports local conservation efforts and provides a deeper understanding of the region’s ecology.
On the fourth day, you will journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular and diverse wildlife reserve. The drive offers stunning views of the Rwenzori Mountains and the Albertine Rift Valley. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge and embark on an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This waterway attracts large herds of elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and a variety of bird species, providing excellent photo opportunities.

This area is known for its high concentration of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, and various antelope species. The drive through the scenic countryside offers beautiful views and opportunities for cultural interactions.
The highlight of your safari awaits on the sixth day – gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking. The trek through the dense forest can be challenging, but the reward is an hour spent observing a family of mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. This awe-inspiring experience is one you will cherish forever. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for relaxation and reflection.
After breakfast, you will cross the border into Rwanda and head to Volcanoes National Park, renowned for its population of mountain gorillas and golden monkeys.
